Swiss Deal Radar currently processes only the technical data required to operate and secure the website.
Server and access data
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical access data. This can include IP address, access time, requested page, browser type and technical error data.
This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and to diagnose errors.
No user accounts
Swiss Deal Radar currently does not provide user accounts and does not collect registration data.
No newsletters or price alerts
The website currently does not offer newsletter subscriptions or personal price alerts. If such features are introduced later, this privacy notice will be updated.
Cookies and analytics
Swiss Deal Radar uses first-party usage and outbound-link analytics. The cookie sdr_analytics contains a random session identifier and expires after 30 minutes without a tracked visit. No Google Analytics or other third-party tracker is used.
To remember the selected language, we use a functional cookie named “sdr_lang”. It is stored for up to one year and contains only the language code, for example “de”, “fr”, “it” or “en”. It is not used to identify or track visitors.
We record page and product views, rendered shop links, and successful or failed shop redirects, with the selected site language, coarse device type, referring domain/source. Analytics stores no IP addresses, full referring or destination URLs, browser language, browser family, operating system, or campaign parameters.
Raw events are retained for 180 days and daily aggregates for two years. Session identifiers are not displayed or exported in admin reports. Product-state changes are retained permanently as product history. Privacy and legal pages and suspended offers are excluded from the main analytics.
Links to external retailers
Swiss Deal Radar may contain links to external retailer websites. The privacy policies of those retailers apply to data processing on their websites.
Affiliate links
Shop links may be normal retailer links or affiliate links. Our server records the type of link and redirects to the shop. The retailer or affiliate network applies its own privacy policy after you leave this website.
